Crash Champions Collision Repair McKinney

You won't find a more welcoming and professional staff than the team at CCC-McKinney. Summer did my intake and made sure I was kept up to date every step of the way. Patty handled my QC and checkout. Both women showed me nothing but consideration, service and humor haha. Omar and Mark serviced and oversaw the repairs with quickness and excellence. I’ve genuinely never had service to the level I received from CCC. All their work came with a warranty should anything occur. If you need repairs done, this is the place to go. Grateful. Thanks guys!

I had an amazing experience with Crash Champions! From the very beginning, Omar was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. What impressed me the most was their commitment to quality. My RAV4 was returned to me looking exactly as it did before the accident. They didn’t just repair my vehicle they went above and beyond to ensure it was restored to its pre-accident condition, paying attention to the details that mattered to me. It’s hard to find any where that truly cares about its customers, but Omar and the team at Crash Champions exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism, communication, and dedication to doing the job right made all the difference. If you’re looking for a body shop that genuinely stands behind their work and treats your vehicle as if it were their own, I highly recommend Crash Champions. Thank you, Omar, and the entire team, for making a stressful situation so much easier!

I had an excellent experience with Crash Champions! Patty and Keith were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free. My car was repaired much faster than I expected, and the communication along the way was outstanding. I especially appreciated how easy the online check-in process was, and dropping off my vehicle was completely seamless. When I arrived to pick up my car, it was clean, ready to go, and looked amazing. I also realize the day after picking up my car that I have left my garage door opener in the rental and they held onto it for me so I can pick it up. Highly recommend Crash Champions for their professionalism, efficiency, and top-notch customer service!

I brought my RAV in to get the buzzer fixed Toyota kept sending the wrong buzzer. Finally Doug physically went to Toyota, met with parts manager and found the correct part. This is above and beyond customer service. I will recommend this company to my peers. EBG

Excellent service. I was very impressed with how Chris and Omar kept me informed of the progress and how quick the auto accident repair got done. They have a program with enterprise so I was able to leave my rental car there once my car was ready. They even washed and vacuumed it. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need. They went above and beyond my expectations!
